Olio Limera is a single-varietal Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil, produced in Sicily in limited quantities by selected small producers. No blends, no compromises - just authentic, regional extra virgin olive oil that knows its origins.

It all began with Grandpa Carlo.
A man of few words and hands marked by hard work, he cultivated his Nocellara del Belice olive trees with a patience that today we call respect for the land. He used to say that olive trees need to be listened to season after season. He harvested at dawn, pruned in winter, waited for summer. Every olive picked by hand, nothing taken for granted.
That care passed to his children and then to Paola, who today carries on the same centuries-old Sicilian olive groves - the same trees that have seen three generations grow up. She modernized what was necessary, without touching the essentials: careful hand harvesting, pressing within a few hours, zero compromises on the quality of the extra virgin olive oil.
